Frequently Asked Questions
Why am I not getting Space Launch Schedule launch notifications?
The most common causes are disabled notifications in your device settings, Do Not Disturb or a Focus mode being turned on, an outdated app version, or disabled background app refresh. Work through the iOS or Android steps above — most alert problems are fixed by re-enabling notifications in the device settings.
Do I need notifications enabled in both the app and my phone settings?
Yes. Launch alerts require notifications to be enabled inside the Space Launch Schedule app and in your device’s system notification settings for the app. If either one is off, alerts will not arrive.
How do I fix notifications on an iPhone if they stopped working?
Open Settings, tap the Space Launch Schedule app, select Notifications, and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Then check Settings > Focus to confirm Do Not Disturb is off, update the app in the App Store, and restart your iPhone.
How do I fix notifications on an Android phone if they stopped working?
Open Settings > Apps, select the Space Launch Schedule app, tap Notifications, and make sure they are enabled. Turn off Do Not Disturb, update the app in the Google Play Store, clear the app cache under Settings > Apps > Storage, and restart your phone.
Why did my launch alerts stop working after an app update?
Updates can reset notification permissions or change settings defaults. After any update, re-check notification permissions in your device settings, confirm Do Not Disturb is off, and toggle the in-app alert settings off and back on.
