Rocket Lab Electron
Electron is a two-stage orbital expendable launch vehicle (with an optional third stage) developed by the American aerospace company Rocket Lab. Electron is a small-lift launch vehicle designed to launch small satellites and cubesats to sun-synchronous orbit and low earth orbit. The Electron is the first orbital class rocket to use electric-pump-fed engines, powered by the 9 Rutherford engines on the first stage. It is also used as a suborbital testbed (called HASTE) for hypersonics research.
Agency
Rocket Lab
Rocket Lab is an American aerospace manufacturer with a wholly owned New Zealand subsidiary. The company develops lightweight, cost-effective commercial rocket launch services. The Electron Program was founded on the premise that small payloads such as CubeSats require dedicated small launch vehicles and flexibility not currently offered by traditional rocket systems. Its rocket, the Electron, is a light-weight rocket and is now operating commercially. The company is also producing a variety of spacecrafts and spacecrafts components.
Is this really the schedule? Like is it legit?
Absolutely, the website contains the most up-to-date rocket launch schedule.
Where are you sourcing the schedule for this launch?
There is a link at the bottom of the page to The Space Devs.
Did the rocket launch get rescheduled? I thought it was supposed to be tonight?
Yes, launches are rescheduled often, check back for updates.
Looks like they might scrub it again
Is there info on an in-person watch party around Chincoteague? I don’t see anything on the page above.
Will there be a live stream
It doesn’t seem they have a live video stream for this launch. Let us know if you find one.
Here’s one site, “WAI+”, but they’re not going live until 11/25 7:55pm PST
https://www.youtube.com/live/MxoSsks7hDc?feature=shared
and another site, “Reality PC”, going live at 11pm PST tonight 11/23.

It seems like neither site has a crystal ball to predict the launch either!
