First time to the website wondering how it works. It says april 29 at 6pm MST does that mean the rocket will launch around that time? Because the launch status with date/time are still TBD?

What is best way to know when the launches will occur. I live in Arizona and a launch from Vandenburg during sunset was such a spectacular sight from here I was lucky enough to catch simply by luck. If it happens again I want to be ready. Go America!!!
