The Tsiklon-3 is a non-reusable, inactive launch vehicle manufactured by Yuzhnoye Design Bureau (established in 1951). It undertook its inaugural launch on 06/24/1977.

The Tsyklon-3 was a Soviet, and subsequently Ukrainian orbital carrier rocket. A derivative of the R-36 ICBM, and a member of the Tsyklon family, it made its maiden flight on 24 June 1977, and was retired on 30 January 2009.

The Zenit launch vehicle currently launches from Baikonur Cosmodrome but also used to launch from an ocean platform, Odyssey.
