Rokot/Briz-K (Khrunichev State Research and Production Space Center)
The Rokot/Briz-K is a non-reusable, inactive launch vehicle manufactured by Khrunichev State Research and Production Space Center (established in 1916). It undertook its inaugural launch on 11/20/1990.
Rokot also transliterated Rockot, is a Russian space launch vehicle that can launch a payload of 1,950 kilograms into a 200 kilometre Earth orbit with 63° inclination. It is a derivative of the UR-100N (SS-19 Stiletto) intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM), supplied and operated by Eurockot Launch Services.

Khrunichev State Research and Production Space Center is a Moscow-based producer of spacecraft and space-launch systems, including the Proton and Rokot rockets and is currently developing the Angara rocket family. The Proton launch vehicle launches from Baikonur and Rokot launches from Baikonur and Plesetsk. Angara will launch from Plesetsk and Vostochny.
