The Proton / UR-500 K/D is a non-reusable, inactive launch vehicle manufactured by Russian Federal Space Agency (ROSCOSMOS) (established in 1992). It undertook its inaugural launch on 03/10/1967.
This four stage version of the Proton was originally designed to send manned circumlunar spacecraft into translunar trajectory.
