Satellite communications startup Analytical Space Inc. has hired former KSAT Inc. chief executive Katherine Monson as its chief commercial officer and Jose Velazco, former technical supervisor for the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory’s Advanced RF and Optical Technologies Group, as chief innovation officer.
